1. Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving the product.

Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received,

Refunds

1. Inspection:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

2. Refund Approval:

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at email/phone with your order details.

2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.

3. Send the product back to M24 Musaffah abu Dhabi.
